LaKar needed a Digital Product Partner to transform their vision into a functional product.
LaKar began with a compelling concept and some early experiments, but lacked internal technical expertise and resources to build a functional product.

Enosta partnered with LaKar to co-create a strategic product development journey grounded in rapid prototyping, user validation, and AI innovation. The solution was delivered in stages:
Proof of Concept (PoC):
A lightweight PoC to test LaKar’s core hypothesis: Can we turn spoken content into structured, meaningful visual notes?
Functional pipeline integrating speech-to-text and summarisation models
Initial support for image generation using predefined prompts.
Working Prototype (Live PoC Link)
A fully interactive prototype, accessible via a live link, enabling users to:
Record or upload speech
Automatically summarise it into key points
Generate Cornell-style visual notes with text and visuals
