At Enosta, we believe that great digital products are not created by one department – they’re created by a group of people who can think, communicate, and collaborate visually.
That belief shaped the Figma Training Series 2025, a hands-on internal program designed not for product designers, but for the teams who work alongside them: Marketing, Graphic, Business Analyst (BA), Development, Quality Assurance (QA), and even Human Resources (HR).
The idea was simple: If everyone can express ideas visually, the entire company builds better, together.
Our Training Approach: Learn Hard, Practice Harder
Theory
We begin with the “why.” Participants learn the thinking behind design decisions – from how files should be structured to how teams collaborate effectively inside Figma.
Understanding the logic first makes everything else fall into place.

Practice
Then we turn theory into action. Every workshop is fully hands-on: laptops open, tasks assigned, and real outputs created on the spot. Learning becomes immediate, practical, and unforgettable.

Expert Review & Mentorship
True growth happens when guided by expertise. Throughout each session, our Product Design team mentors participants directly – reviewing files, giving real-time feedback, and showing teams how Enosta’s design standards actually work on real projects.

Gamification & Play
Learning should energize, not exhaust. That’s why we weave in FigJam races, mini challenges, friendly competitions, and surprise gifts. It keeps the atmosphere light, fun, and full of excitement.
By the end, Enostars don’t just “use Figma.” They walk away with confidence, clarity, and the ability to collaborate visually across any project.

What’s inside our Figma Training Series?
The series is split into four focused sessions, each designed to build confidence, collaboration, and visual communication skills across the company.
Here’s a closer look at what each session delivered!
Session 1 – Exploring New Figma Features: Buzz & Slide
A fast-paced introduction to the newest features from Figma Config 2025, helping non-design teams create visual assets quickly and independently.
Participants learned to:
- Apply Buzz & Slide to daily tasks
- Create posters or slides within minutes
- Explore Figma’s updated template library
- Support branding and communication more efficiently
Session 2 – Figma 101: Intro, Organize & Guideline
A foundational session that built a shared understanding of how Figma should be structured and used across departments.
Key takeaways:
- Organizing files, components, and assets correctly
- Managing workspace permissions and collaboration
- Using Enosta-standard Figma structures
- Improving teamwork through clean, consistent file setups
Session 3 – Figma 102: FigJam: “Thong thả nhả idea, thong thả ẵm quà” (Ideas Flow In, Prizes Flow Out)
This session is about unlocking creativity. Teams brainstormed, bonded, and built ideas together using FigJam, turning scattered thoughts into shared understanding.
Activities included:
- Instant FigJam board creation
- Brainstorming & team-bonding games
- Guest speaker sharing ideation methods
- Ready-to-use FigJam templates
- A fun and lively FigJam Marathon
Session 4 – Figma 102: Figma Design – “Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai” (Conquer the Figma Maze)
The final session of the series was also the most special – a true “learning-by-doing” challenge that brought everyone together in the spirit of both creativity and play.
Guided by our in-house Product Design team, Enostars tried to build a product landing page from scratch. What made this session unique wasn’t just the learning – it was the energy. Laptops opened, ideas flowed, and teams found themselves “overcoming obstacles” in the Figma world one step at a time.
Participants received direct critiques from our Product Design Lead, getting practical insights they could immediately apply to real client projects.
Highlights of the session:
- Designing a landing page from scratch
- Creating a basic mobile app screen
- Working with auto layout, variants, and components
- Cleaning up files using real project standards
Beyond technical skills, the room was filled with laughter, excitement, and a sense of collective growth. Everyone left not only with new design abilities, but also with practical tips they could bring directly into their day-to-day work.
Let’s see how each team proudly received their awards and posed with the landing page they created together.

Learn Better. Work Better. Deliver Better
This series wasn’t just an internal activity; it improved how each of us at Enosta collaborates and delivers.
Better visual communication means fewer misunderstandings. Cleaner files mean faster handoff to developers. A shared understanding of Figma means fewer revisions and smoother product workflows.
Cross-functional teams now speak the same visual language, leading to:
- Faster collaboration
- Stronger product thinking
- Cleaner file structures
- Higher design quality
- And quicker time-to-market
When teams work better internally, we deliver better results for our clients and partners.
Learning Culture: Building People First, Then Products
At Enosta, internal training isn’t something we do occasionally – it’s embedded in our culture. We believe in learning through practice, staying curious, sharing openly, and supporting one another.
Whether through FigJam games or complex design exercises, every session reflects our belief that growth should be continuous and collective.
Most importantly, we invest in people because we know this: When our team grows, our clients grow with us.
